Mission
INCCEI LTDA is a company with more than 30 years of tradition whose purpose is to provide engineering services and institutional consulting in the potable water and basic sanitation sector in Colombia, the Andean Region and Central America
INCCEI LTDA projects itself in 5 years as one of the most recognized consulting companies in Colombia, the Andean Region and Central America in the provision of managerial an institutional consulting in the aqueducts, sanitation and waste management services areas.

INCCEI LTDA, is a private firm, incorporated in the year of 1989, registered and with main domicile in the city of Bogotá, with more than 30 years of existence and experience in the exercise of professional works of consulting and construction of civil works. We are recognized for the development of its studies, design and engineering activities for aqueducts and sanitation systems in the rural sector, we also have experience in the development of business modernization projects in the rural and urban sector, aimed at guaranteeing the sustainability of the services of aqueduct, sanitation and waste management. Among the activities carried out to date, we have specific experience in the development of consultancy studies in the area of home public services of drinking water and basic sanitation, through the structuring and start-up and / or institutional strengthening of more of 60 companies providing such services in municipalities of the departments of Atlántico, Cesar, Bolívar, Cauca, Córdoba, Magdalena, Nariño, Sucre, Tolima, Huila, Putumayo and Norte de Santander, among others, through contracts signed with national organizations (MAVDT , DNP, Colombian Association of Sanitary and Environmental Engineering - ACODAL, municipal mayors, etc.) and international (German Agency for Technical Cooperation - GTZ, USAID, UNDP, SDC, etc.).
Our team
Our work team and advisors of the company INCCEI LTDA is integrated by professionals specialized in the areas of engineering, environmental, economy, public administration, social work, among others, with studies in Colombia and abroad, with more than 30 years of general and specific experience in public home services. These professionals have directed, designed and implemented important programs and projects in different national (MINDESARROLLO, MINAMBIENTE, DNP, FINDETER, among others) and international organizations (PROGRAM OF THE UNITED NATIONS - UNDP, WORLD BANK, IDB, SDC, GTZ, USAID, PAHO / WHO), to support the potable water and basic sanitation sector in Colombia and abroad.
